Important: ChatWOW does not use your data or content to train our own AI models or improve general AI systems. The data you provide is used exclusively to train and improve your specific AI agents within your ChatWOW account.

Our third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) have their own data policies. However, we configure our integrations to opt out of data sharing for AI model training whenever such options are available from these providers.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. Upon account termination, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as financial records.
